We will arrange a visit to discuss our landscape design and build process. We will listen to your design ideas and your requirements for the use of your garden before carrying out an accurate site survey and analysis of the existing garden which will allow a CAD scale drawing to be produced at the planning stage.
A design brief and written quotation will then be sent to you with the estimated cost for your project.
2.
Plans
If you are happy with the estimated cost, a contract will be drawn up and at this stage we will require a 25% deposit of the estimated cost. This will secure a start date in our schedule and enable us to complete your CAD drawing.
A draft design is then produced based on the details and information provided in the initial meeting, we will then send this to you for discussion. Any amendments can then be made before completing the final CAD plan. 3D visuals can be produced if required.
3.
Planting Plans
We can produce detailed planting plans which will include full names, positions and quantities of plants. A commercial or domestic planting scheme will help to enhance the design and can attract wildlife and encourage biodiversity in your garden.
